Kentuckiana Ear, Nose & Throat was established in Louisville, Kentucky by doctors Burton J. Cohen and Kenneth L. Silk in 1974. The practice has since expanded and currently provides coverage to the Greater Louisville area. The scope of the practice has similarly expanded to include fellowship trained ear, nose and throat subspecialists in areas of complex rhinology, facial plastic surgery, and neurotology.
